Delphine Sailly

Doctor of Chiropractic

I fell in love with chiropractic after having discovered it in my early 20’s and I haven’t looked back since!

Having graduated from the French Chiropractic Institute in 2007, I went on to specialise in the Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) – a comprehensive yet gentle chiropractic technique that helps determine skeletal, cranial, neurological and visceral issues.

I then spent six years working and continuing with my learning in Paris and Brittany, France, before finally deciding to follow my dreams and move from France to London in 2012.

• Rebalancing Massage

Ellie Jones

Massage Therapist

Ellie gained a keen interest in somatic bodywork whilst working as a chiropractic assistant at Northcote Chiropractic Clinic. Her training in biodynamic rebalancing massage and integrated energy therapy expanded her passion for healing.

Rebalancing focuses on myofascia, which is a web-like tissue that runs around the whole body surrounding every muscle, bone, joint and organ. Contraction in the myofascia limits the mobility of muscles and joints causing pain and tension, rebalancing sessions allows for a deep level of healing within the body. Ellie’s goal is to provide her clients with a space to connect with their body, unwind and let go.

Practice Manager

Will Wier

William joined the team in January 2025 and proudly holds the title of the first man to work at Northcote in its 20 something year history. He is relatively new to chiropractic having joined after almost ten years in the hospitality industry, managing some of the top restaurants in the UK.

Prior to that he had a short career in Classical music following studies in piano and organ at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire where he held the prestigious Town Hall and Symphony Hall scholarship. Realising quite late on that he didn’t really much like practicing, he’s been searching for a new path in life and is completely delighted to have found it here with the team at Northcote.

When he’s not in the clinic you’ll find him out in the park walking Freddy, his 1 year old Clumber Spaniel, or struggling with the home renovation that never seems to end. Ask him to show you pictures of Freddy; he’ll be more than happy to oblige.
