How to get the most benefit from your pre-paid pack

Congratulations, you’ve purchased one of our added value packs, which means your adjustments or massage treatments are great value for money.

Just so that you make the most of them, please read our Terms and Conditions below.

• Please use all pre-paid adjustments within 12 months of purchase. We cannot carry over any outstanding credit to the following 12 months.
• Massage pre-paid credits cannot be used for Chiropractic adjustments.
• Other members of your household can use pre-paid massage treatments.
• Only regular chiropractic clients (adjustment within 3-month period) can use Chiro client massage pack, should a client not wish to continue Chiropractic care a non-chiro client pack will be offered for the next pack purchase.
• All pre-paid packs are non-refundable.
